These being a win at home over the Panthers, a loss at the Chiefs and at home against the Rams and wins in both the Saints “revenge” games this year against the Raiders and Broncos. The average record between the staff's predictions was 10-7, a bit more than the Saints projected win total of 7.4. The Saints schedule this year starts with a rough stretch of facing 4 playoff teams in the first 6 weeks, but after that they only face 4 more the rest of the season. The Saints finished the 2023 season strong winning 4 of their last 5 games. If they can keep up that momentum at the start of this year and get through the first 6 games at .500 or better, they should be set up pretty well for the rest of the season.
