Day 4 of NFL Free Agency and the Seattle Seahawks have traded for quarterback Sam Howell. Howell spent the last two seasons with the Washington Commanders where he served as the starter last season. The Seahawks gave up a third and a fifth round draft pick in the trade. Howell was drafted 144th overall of the 2022 NFL Draft by the Washington Commanders and started in 18 games.
