Photo by Ric Tapia/Getty Images New Orleans adds some depth to their secondary. The New Orleans Saints announced that they have re-signed cornerback Shemar Jean-Charles to a one-year deal. Jean-Charles was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in the 5th-round of the 2021 NFL Draft. He spent 2 years with the Packers before moving on to the San Francisco 49ers practice squad. In November 2023, Jean-Charles was signed to the Saints practice squad. He was later signed to the active roster on January 4th. Jean-Charles played in three games, mostly on special teams.
