The Ravens have lost six of their top 26 free agents after Del’Shawn Phillips agreed to a one-year deal with the Houston Texans. Phillips joins Ronald Darby (Jaguars) and Geno Stone (Bengals) as Baltimore defensive players to depart on the first day of the legal tampering period.
