Running backs lead the way in our Week 12 Patriots prop bets

Image Photo by Ralf Ibing - firo sportphoto/Getty Images Some of the best prop bets for New England’s Week 12 matchup with the New York Giants. The New England Patriots head back to MetLife Stadium to tangle with the New York Giants as 4-point favorites in Week 12, according to DraftKings Sportsbook. With an uncertain QB situation in New England and the Giants down to their third option, Sunday afternoon should be a chaotic affair. Here are some prop bets we like while you follow along with the action. Saquon Barkley, Anytime TD Scorer (+115): With third string QB Tommy DeVito starting for the Giants, expect RB Saquon Barkley to see a heavy load. He had 14 carries last week and led the team with five targets as well. Two of those targets turned into touchdowns. If the Giants get into the end zone this week, expect Barkley to be the guy to do it. Rhamondre Stevenson, Over 62.5 Rushing Yards (-115): The Giants have featured one of the worst run defenses in the NFL this season. With the uncertainty and poor production from the QB room in New England, expect Bill O’Brien to dial up the running game early and often. Stevenson should see plenty of work against a depleted Giants front seven. Total Points, Under 35.5 (-110): This one feels self-explanatory. Both teams are among the worst QB rooms in the NFL. The Patriots rank 31st in the NFL in scoring. The Giants rank 32nd. It almost feels too good to be true, but I can’t see this turning into a high-scoring affair barring something crazy. NE Patriots D/ST, Anytime TD Scorer (+600): The Giants are starting a rookie quarterback who already has three interceptions in two starts. Bill Belichick’s defenses have historically feasted against opponents like that. While New England’s defense hasn’t gotten on the board yet this season, this may be the best opportunity yet. If you want a bet with some juice, this is the one for you.
