David Moore, Justin Strnad Signed

WR David Moore and ILB Justin Strnad are coming. Both have ties to staff.Moore - 6', 219 - was a Seahawk 2017-2020. Carolina signed him after but cut him, as did the Raiders. But he finished 2021 after playing for the Broncos and Packers.   He did 2022 with the Bears and last year with Dave Canales in Tampa.He has 83 career receptions, 1287 yards, 14 scores.Moore signs after Mike Williams went to the Jets, but the signing is probably unrelated.
Justin Strnad -6'3, 235, was a Wake Forest draftee in 2020, went to IR that year, played a lot of defense in 2021 including five starts, and spent the last two years playing 80%+ special teams.Update: Strnad has now changed to stay with the Broncos on a one year deal. Not so interesting to post separately, but they'll look for another LB with a little experience on defense and a lot in special teams.
Jonathan Cooley was promoted to Passing Game Coordinator, the former CBs coach now overseeing all DBs but still coaching CB.  Earned promotions are usually nice, come with more responsibility, and sometimes come after other teams seek a guy out for a job.
