Drop any on- or off-topic thoughts in the comment section below. Here’s what I’m thinking about: I know EA and EA Sports don’t have a great track record as of late, but I’m hopeful that the NCAA Football franchise coming back will be fun. The fact that they’ve said that they have built this entire franchise up from scratch instead of adding code on top of ancient code — like they have done with Madden — will mean that the game will feel like the best football video game we’ve seen. People I know who have played the game have said that the game moves much faster than Madden, especially when going through the menus, which is a huge negative in current Madden games. I’m also really excited to play in a 32-user dynasty, even though we haven’t gotten much news about the actual dynasty mode and how recruiting and/or the transfer portal will work. My biggest question is whether I will roll with my Oregon Ducks or make my own program. If I make my own program, I think I’m gonna create the New New Mexico (shoutout to one of Tex’s favorite shows Futurama) Bad Hombres.
