Jets Re-Work CJ Mosley Deal to Free up cap Space

Image The Jets and CJ Mosley have re-worked the linebacker’s contract in a bid to free up some extra salary cap space. The Jets and LB C.J. Mosley have agreed to a two-year, $17.25M deal with $13.25M guaranteed, replacing the final year of his old deal that had no leftover guarantees. The deal includes $9M fully guaranteed in 2024. With extra cap space created, Jets fans are wondering if there are any moves in the team’s immediate future. One possibility looks to be Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tyler Boyd who is reportedly being recruited by several Jets players according to Zack Rosenblatt of The Athletic.
