Falcons-Saints Week 18 injury report: Drew Dalman, 2 others not practicing on Wednesday

Image Justin Casterline/Getty Images A look at Wednesday’s practice reports. Wednesday is here, as the Atlanta Falcons prepare for their final game of the season, when they’ll go on the road and face their biggest rival the New Orleans Saints. This game is very important for both teams, because if the Tampa Bay Buccaneers fall to the Carolina Panthers on Sunday, the winner of this game will win the NFC South and host a playoff game. Crazy right? You can expect to see the injury reports here every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Atlanta Falcons Full Participation • N/A Limited Participation • QB Taylor Heinicke (ankle) • LB Troy Andersen (pectoral) • DL Zach Harrison (knee) Did Not Practice • CB Mike Hughes (concussion) • S Demarco Hellams (concussion) • OL Drew Dalman (ankle) • RB Cordarrelle Patterson (rest) • DL Calais Campbell (rest) New Orleans Saints Full Participation • N/A Limited Participation • RB Kendre Miller (ankle) • TE Jimmy Graham (rest) • C Erik McCoy (foot) • WR Chris Olave (ankle) • DE Payton Turner (toe) Did Not Practice • TE Juwan Johnson (chest) • S Lonnie Johnson (knee) • RB Alvin Kamara (ankle) • LB Nephi Sewell (knee) • OL Landon Young (knee) • DT Khan Saunders (concussion) For the Falcons, they received some good news as linebacker Troy Andersen returned to practice and had his 21-day window to return from injured reserved opened. With this likely being the final game of the year, there’s a good chance Andersen plays this weekend. Additionally, Mike Hughes, Demarco Hellams, and Drew Dalman were all held out of practice to start the week. The Saints have some key injuries, with the most notable being Alvin Kamara and Juwan Johnson who both missed practice on Wednesday. We will continue to monitor the health of both teams heading into Thursday.
