Free agency is set to kick off across the NFL, but don’t expect the Dallas Cowboys to be participants early in the process. Fans should already know to not expect filet mignon when the organization is preparing sliders in the kitchen.The excitement is building for 31 teams for when legal tampering opens on March 11, yet that isn’t what awaits Dallas.
