Heading to the draft, a look at the NFC West rival Seattle Seahawks’ player moves since the start of the league yearWhenever a team changes head coaches, there is often an overhaul of the roster. That is certainly the Case with the Seattle Seahawks, who moved on from 72-year-old Pete Carroll (73 in September) to former Ravens defensive coordinator Mike Macdonald, who turns 37 on June 26.Seattle added 12 players, eight of whom were unrestricted free agents, while 14 departed, with nine of those being unrestricted free agents. The acquisitions played 174 games with 113 starts in 2023 and the losses played 184 games with 116 starts.Following is a snapshot of who remains unsigned along with players added, re-signed and those that departed. The basic contract information is included for each player, while the number in parentheses is the games played/started in 2023.
