Buffalo Bills lose In Typical Fashion; 37-34

The Buffalo Bills have done it again. They lost the way they have all season, on the final possession after the offense takes the lead. The defense could only do so much, and they forced a turnover on Hurts early on. But again, from this bend and break defense, they cost us another game. This team has no excuses for their performance, even after putting up 34 points. Tyler Bass’ missed FGs came to haunt them Tyler Bass, like the heading says, missed two crucial FGs. One right before halftime and another in the second half. After losing by three points, him not hitting one of them was a big reason why they lost. James Cook drops key ball Not to be left out, James Cook dropped what would’ve been a touchdown. This also proved crucial in the game. Sean McDermott deserves blame as well If you want to put the blame for the penalties on McDermott for an undisciplined Bills team, that’s totally fine and nobody will judge you. McDermott benching James Cook for a dropped pass, but leaving guys like Gabe Davis out there time after time will always bother me. If you’re going to do it for one player, stay consistent and do it with everybody costing you points. You aren’t going to bench Dalton Kincaid or Stefon Diggs, who both had drops today, are you? So why Cook? Bench Cook but not Gabe. Makes total sense. Diggs also has a drop, Cook is the only one that gets 💩 on https://t.co/mlhJeQB7WY— Names Bryce (@BillsByBryce) November 26, 2023 Bills vs. Refs As I said earlier, the Buffalo Bills had penalties coming out of the wazoo. Finishing the game with 11 penalties for 80 yards. Not to mention missed DPI, roughing the passer, holding, and horse collar penalties on Philadelphia. It really did end up being the Bills vs. Refs tonight. (Editor’s Note: The vast majority of Buffalo’s penalties were BS.) Gabe Davis doing Gabe Davis things Just when Davis looks like he’s having a good game, he finds a way to screw up. He was catching every pass that came his way, and then him and Josh Allen find a way to get off page, as Davis runs the wrong route and Allen throws it to nobody in the end zone. After that, we saw a very frustrated Gabe Davis on the sideline, slamming his helmet on the benches. Josh Allen played his heart out Allen had his best game in maybe two seasons. I haven’t seen this since the Chiefs playoff game. But the defense still couldn’t find a way to help him out. One plus from this game, the Josh Allen/Joe Brady relationship is truly special. Josh Allen had 420 yards of total offense and 4 TD’s and the Bills found a way to lose thanks to defense and special teams— Howard Simon (@hsimon62) November 27, 2023 Featured Image Credit: Tim Nwachukwu/Getty Images The post Buffalo Bills lose In Typical Fashion; 37-34 appeared first on Buffalo Fanatics Network.
