The Cincinnati Bengals waited until each of the 14 names signed contracts at spring activities this week, then announced the team’s undrafted free agency class. So far for fans before the players actually compete for roster spots, the most exciting name to join the roster has been…a punter. The Bengals went 10 picks in the draft without addressing the spot, so it registered as an exclamation point to get one of the college level’s best from last season.
