It’s official: Chicago Bears coach Matt Eberflus announced that offensive coordinator Luke Getsy, quarterbacks coach Andrew Janocko, wide receivers coach Tyke Tolbert, running backs coach Omar Young, and assistant tight ends coach Tim Zetts have all been let go. The team also announced that there will be a press conference today at Halas Hall at 3 p.m. (CT), featuring general manager Ryan Poles and head coach Matt Eberflus, followed by Team President Kevin Warren. It should be a spicy one, as the members of the media will no doubt want details on why Eberflus was retained, who made the call, why the offensive staff were the scapegoats, and what the plan is with Justin Fields and the first overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.
