Bears vs Packers: Inside the snap counts, stats, and more

Image Photo by Patrick McDermott/Getty Images Here are all the snap counts for the Chicago Bears, a spotlight on some of their individual statistics, and a few team stats from Chicago’s latest L to the Packers. It was a brutal end to the Chicago Bears season as they were outclassed by the Green Bay Packers and lost 19 to 7. Even though it was a one-score game throughout, the Packers had total control of this game, and I never felt the Bears had a chance to come back. Green Bay never punted; they had one drive end in a missed field goal, one as time ran out in the first half when they didn't get out of bounds, and one ended on a fumble. The Packers outgained the Bears 432 to 192, and that is Chicago's lowest total yards since September 26, 2021, which was Justin Fields' first-ever start against the Browns. Green Bay also had more first downs (24 to 13), ran more plays (60 to 46), and was better on third downs (70.0% to 27.3%). Each team only had one penalty accepted. Let's look at the Bears' playing time breakdowns and a few individual stats. OFFENSE Image Justin Fields was sacked five times while passing 11 of 16 for 148 yards and a passer rating of 97.9. He had 27 rushing yards on 8 attempts. DJ Moore had 4 receptions for 64 yards. Khalil Herbert led the Bears with 28 rushing yards and 12 carries, and he had 2 catches for 13 yards. Roschon Johnson ran 5 times for 20 yards. Cole Kmet caught 3 for 41. DEFENSE Image T.J. Edwards had 10 tackles, and Tremaine Edmunds had 9. Jaquan Brisker had 8 tackles, 1 tackle for loss, and a fumble recovery. Tyrique Stevenson had 7 tackles, 1 pass defended, and a forced fumble. DeMarcus Walker had a tackle for loss and a sack. Montez Sweat had 3 tackles and a TFL. Aaron Rodgers final two games vs Bears:

2 wins, 37-56, 416 yards, 3 TDs, 0 INTs

Jordan Love's first two games vs Bears:

2 wins, 42-59, 561 yards, 5 TDs, 0 INTs— Bill Zimmerman (@BillTZimmerman) January 7, 2024 SPECIAL TEAMS* Image *The above image has players who only played in the third phase. Cairo Santos went 3 for 3 on field goals, including a 50-yarder. Trenton Gill punted 3 times with a 45.7-yard average (39.0 net) with 2 punts inside the twenty. Velus Jones Jr. had 4 kickoff returns with a 28.3 average. Travis Homer had a special teams tackle.
