Those who participated in the weekly survey for all teams also got a question about the various playoff series. The Dallas-Los Angeles series took center stage early, as one in four national respondents think the series could go the distance. 
As this poll was ran before game three, one of the questions I asked focused on which center Dallas fans trusted the most. Lively played well in game two, so it makes sense that he takes home the poll results getting 49% of the vote. Daniel Gafford came alive in game three though, finally making a strong impact for the Mavericks. 
Up next, I was curious about which Dallas role-player fans think needs to step up. Dante Exum nearly gets a majority of the votes, but what’s interesting is Exum has scored just three points all post season to date. He’s been very out of sorts on both ends. Maxi Kleber and Derrick Jones Jr. split the rest of the vote. Each has been a positive player for Dallas so far against LA. 
Local fans got asked how long they think it will take Dallas to beat the Clippers and unlike national fans, most think six games is a doable proposition.
