The Hawks’ asking price for Murray may be deemed too much by most teams in the NBA right now. A much more understandable offer may be to give one starting-level player and one first-round draft pick. While Murray is averaging 21.4 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 5.0 assists per game this season for the Hawks, his numbers haven’t really helped the organization attain an excellent record in the Eastern Conference. The Hawks are currently the 10th seed in the East with a 18-25 record, despite having the dynamic duo of Murray and Trae Young on the roster.
