Michael McLoone-USA TODAY Sports A long visit to the Big Apple Awaits After enjoying the confines of Fiserv Forum, the Milwaukee Bucks head back to the road. They go to The Big Apple and face the New York Knicks for a Saturday afternoon matchup. Milwaukee has won the two previous matchups in Milwaukee in the Group Stage and Quarterfinal of the In-Season Tournament. Where We’re At Home is where the heart is, and the Milwaukee Bucks felt that. The Bucks had six consecutive games at home and won all six games. We saw avenging old losses, broken franchise records, and overall good basketball occurring as Milwaukee extended their home winning streak to fifties. The Bucks find themselves only half a game behind the Boston Celtics for the top seed in the east. Since losing to Milwaukee in the IST, the Knicks have been ok in the seven games since. New York has won four games and recently returned to the Empire State after a four-game road trip out west. As the Knicks are tied for fourth in the Eastern Conference, there have been talks and rumors on ways they can improve the roster and add some talented players. Some names have included Dejounte Murray and Isaiah Stewart. We will see how the roster goes but Taj Gibson will still get some minutes. Injury Report Jae Crowder is out, while Giannis and Marjon are listed as probable. The Knicks will be without Mitchell Robinson, and Jericho Sims, while DaQuan Jeffries is questionable. Player to Watch There has been chatter about Jalen Brunson recently. He has been good this season proving that last year wasn’t a fluke. He tormented Milwaukee the first time these two teams played each other. But the reason his name is the hot topic in the NBA is the fallout from comments made about him. Las Vegas Aces Head Coach Becky Hammon said Brunson was “too small” to be the best player on a championship-contending team.
