Nikola Jokic, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Headline All-NBA First Team Selections

The NBA announced the selections for the All-NBA First, Second and Third Teams for the 2023-24 season. The All-NBA First Team included Dallas Mavericks guard Luka Doncic, Oklahoma City Thunder guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum, Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo and Denver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic. The All-NBA Second Team included New York Knicks guard Jalen Brunson, Minnesota Timberwolves guard Anthony Edward, Los Angeles Clippers forward Kawhi Leonard, Phoenix Suns forward Kevin Durant and Los Angeles Lakers center Anthony Davis. The All-NBA Third Team included Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton, Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry, Suns guard Devin Booker, Lakers forward LeBron James and Sacramento Kings center Domantas Sabonis. On the ballot, Jokic and Gilgeous-Alexander tied for the league lead with 99 first-place votes and a total score of 495 points. They were followed closely by Doncic, who received 98 first-place votes and 493 points. Other players receiving votes included San Antonio Spurs rookie Victor Wembanyama, Philadelphia 76ers guard Tyrese Maxey and Minnesota Timberwolves center Rudy Gobert, among others.
