The Philadelphia 76ers knew the challenge that was ahead of them when they paid a visit to the Minnesota Timberwolves on Wednesday night. It was the second night of a back-to-back following a grueling overtime battle the night before and they were without the services of Joel Embiid due to a hip issue.The result was a 112-99 loss to the Wolves on the road and the Sixers did not have a lead at all on the night. Meanwhile, Minnesota led by as many as 21. Budding superstar Anthony Edwards led the way for the Timberwolves with 31 points, six rebounds, and six assists on the night while shooting 11-for-22 and he was 5-for-9 from deep.On Philadelphia's side of things, Tyrese Maxey, Marcus Morris Sr., and De'Anthony Melton all scored 16 points each while Tobias Harris added 15 points.
