Former Dodgers third baseman Adrián Beltré has officially been inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame. He got 95.1 percent of the vote, being a nearly unanimous selection in his first year on the ballot. A career that started in LA and ends in Cooperstown. He made his debut in 1998 at the age of 19, and never went back down to the minor leagues. Beltré was with the Dodgers from 1998 to 2004, and slashed .274/.332/.463 with 147 home runs and 510 runs batted in. Beltré then joined the Seattle Mariners and Boston Red Sox, before joining the Texas Rangers in 2011, where he’d finish his career in 2018. Beltré was a four-time All-Star, four-time Silver Slugger award winner, five-time Gold Glove award winner and two-time Platinum Glove award winner. He finished in the top 10 in MVP voting in six different seasons, and reached the postseason five times in his career. Beltré finished his career with 3,166 hits, 477 home runs and 1,707 runs batted in. He had a career .819 OPS across 21 seasons. Who Was Inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame?
